Products must be returned in their original packaging. Items must be unused and unopened.

4. Refund or Replacement:

Approved returns may qualify for a refund or replacement, as per the client’s preference.

5. Return Shipping:

Follow the provided instructions for return shipping. Return shipping costs for damaged or defective items may be covered by Emdee Chem Marketing Corp.

6. Timeframe for Returns:

Clients are expected to ship the return within 7 days of receiving return instructions.

7. Exclusions:

Emdee Chem Marketing Corp. reserves the right to deny returns for products damaged due to misuse or neglect.
